We talk with UTS Institute for Sustainable Futures' Alison Atherton and Gordon Noble on their recent research which found that there is a climate skills gap in the Australian financial industry, with demand for people with climate skills outstripping supply. Atherton and Noble explain why this could hamstring the trajectory of Australia's net zero ambitions.
